Born and raised in the Fresno/Clovis area, Kim Kennedy Hoff understood the blessings of small town life but became aware of a world-wide pandemic far earlier than the Covid crisis of 2020. Having always been fascinated with the dynamics of what motivates people, or allows them to be satisfied with mediocrity, Kim has focused much of her lifetime studying people, interpersonal relationships, motivations, patterns of behavior, the influence of media and social expectations. “We are missing out on our greatest callings as individuals because of the pandemic/crisis of self-confidence. We are Children of God, Ambassadors of Hope, the Body of Christ to one another until He returns! It’s time to understand WHY and HOW ‘The Joy of the Lord is our strength’ And… WHAT that means right now, today!
Kim Kennedy Hoff Bio:
Kim has three daughters Malia (27), Lauren (23) and Darah (17), is a graduate of Clovis High School and Fresno State, and spent much of her career as a marketing executive and photographer. She is the former CEO of the Reedley Chamber of Commerce, Past Interim Director of Development and Communications for Girl Scouts of Central California South and flown 15 flights as a volunteer photographer/social media reporter for Central Valley Honor Flight. Kim is currently the Coaching & Development Director for the Resiliency Center – R.I.S.E. Program overseeing 30 coaches teaching resiliency to over 3,000 1st Graders in the Fresno Unified School District weekly! She is the Creator of the Tenacity Team and Bootcamp2Beautiful focused on Mental Strength Training for Living a Powerful Life. She maintains her business offering corporate training and seminars, community workshops, private mentoring and does keynote speaking on the importance of personal development. She is finishing her first book scheduled to release in Spring 2024.
