BIO:
Amanda Venegas is a mother of three, Clovis native and co-anchor of Action News AM Live on ABC30.
Amanda graduated from Clovis High School. After graduation, she attended San Diego and graduated with a BA in Journalism and a BA in Psychology from San Diego State University. During her time in college, Amanda spent many hours interning at ABC30.
Amanda began her television career in Billings, Montana, where she worked as a reporter and anchor. She joined the Action News team in July 2012.
She is thankful to live and report in the community where she grew up.
When she is not up at three am and at work, Amanda is chasing after her three kids and attending activities with them. She enjoys hot coffee, church, the ocean, camping and time with friends and family.
