Guest Speaker – Mary Aiello
Mary Aiello has built years of experience in leadership training and team building that stretches over various ministries such as worship, marketing & communications, volunteer teams, and more. With that comes the experience of building boundaries within herself and also with her teams to ensure that every project and campaign is successful. She works with a variety of leaders and volunteers to help build up their natural talents while also understanding the ability to honor God’s gift of rest. Mary has taught the biblical understanding of boundaries to adult leadership cohorts, youth groups, and within the internship program at Clovis Hills Church. Mary also is an administrative lead for the Clovis Hills – Old Town Clovis Campus helping with events, staff needs, and pastoral support. Mary thrives on building people up to be the version of themselves that God designed them to be while also guiding individuals to advocate for themselves through Godly decision-making and boundary-setting.
